Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original designer tags still attached into the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the items.
